Carolee's Kitchen started out as a simple Jamaican cooking blog. Due to popular requests Carolee has decided to add other cuisine to the mix. So in addition to the authentic Jamaican recipes she has been sharing, you will see recipes from Asia, Europe and the Mediterranean.
Carolee is from a family of restaurateurs and cooks. Her mother worked as a cook for many years before owning her own restaurant. While she grew up there were four restaurants on her father's side of the family.
She learned to cook at a tender age and has worked in several restaurants before owning her own take-away business. She has worked as a personal chef on more than one occasions and has created dishes from all over the world.
